PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This hotel project is part of the luxurious, high-end hospitality chain, Omni. Currently under construction, this project is located in Tempe, Arizona. Omni Tempe is being developed in collaboration with Arizona State University, where university’s guests can stay and hotel spaces can be used for educational events. Omni Tempe is a 16-story hotel, with 331 guestrooms, a 15,000 sqft Ballroom, four 850 sqft meeting rooms, a 2,200 sqft function space, pool deck, restaurant, retail space, & Roof Bar. Project developed under C+TC Design Studio.

PROJECT ROLE:

I have been involved in Omni Tempe since very early in its development. I was brought into the team to take charge of the documentation of the project, both for BIM management and drawing documentation. I have been heavily involved in the project’s Design Development to Construction Administration phases.
