ARCHITECT
Simon currently works as a Senior Designer at Nelson Worldwide, a multi-disciplinary architectural design firm. Simon is part of the Mixed-Use studio while assisting in business development. Simon is also an adjunct professor at Kennesaw State University’s Department of Architecture and the Department of Game Development where he teaches design courses and studios.

Delta Gatlinburg
Located on a steep grade alongside the Cliff Branch River and overlooking Mt. Leconte, the Delta Hotels Gatlinburg features 278 guestrooms, a 9,000-square-foot ballroom and meeting space, a rooftop bar, food and beverage outlets, and a parking deck. The captivating location offers stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains as a year-round destination for guests.
Omni Tempe Hotel
A 16-story high hotel located in Tempe, AZ containing 330 guestrooms, a pool deck, a roof bar, & 15,000 sqft ballroom developed in collaboration with Arizona State University.
Soundwave
This upscale, modern water park’s design includes 111,000 SF of indoor water attractions, alongside a number of distinct programmatic spaces all distributed across three levels, all connected by a major circulation path. This project also included 106,000 SF of outdoor water park facilities.
Coral Island Resort
A caribbean, all-inclusive resort master plan and building designs. This project is to span the breadth of the island and host a variety of spaces for fun activities between its two distinct shore ecologies.
Urban Hotel
Situated in a metropolis’ downtown, this 17-story boutique hotel holds 325 keys, ground level public commerce, outdoor dining area, pool deck and 7,500 sqft of meeting/banquet spaces.
